Beautiful Business Solutions was founded by Virginia Franco-Omana, a dedicated professional with a diverse background in financial services and beauty services. Virginia currently serves as a VITA Volunteer at Prepare + Prosper in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she provides free tax preparation services and financial coaching to low- and moderate-income families. She is licenced cosmotologist in the state of Minnesota.

Virginia's professional journey includes extensive experience in banking, having worked as a Teller at Associated Bank, and in judicial operations as a Judicial Court Operations Associate for the State of Minnesota. Her roles have ranged from managing court-related tasks to leading customer service operations as a Lead Cashier at Menards.

With an Associate of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from Saint Paul College, Virginia combines her educational foundation with real-world experience to understand the unique challenges facing service-based businesses.

Through her volunteer work with Prepare + Prosper, Virginia actively advocates for economic justice and helps individuals achieve their financial goals. This commitment to community service and financial empowerment inspired the creation of Beautiful Business Solutions—a platform designed to help beauty, wellness, and service-based businesses achieve financial stability and success.
